Bondi, Strata Complex Fire Stopping Upgrade

This project involved a comprehensive passive fire protection upgrade to a six-storey strata complex in Bondi. The building had accumulated significant passive fire deficiencies over many years, identified through an initial audit commissioned by the strata manager. Our team developed a prioritised rectification program, phasing works to minimise impact to residents while achieving full compliance within the required timeframe.
